Try cooling off with a tasty and nutritious bowl of chilled lima bean soup. Lima bean are already high in healthy protein, and a scoop of Boku will add even more nutrition to this great dish.

Ingredients
| 3 cups tomato juice | 2 cups plain yogurt | 1 10 oz. package frozen lima beans |
| 1 teaspoon curry powder | ¼ cup Boku | Sea salt and ground pepper to taste |
Instructions
In the container of a Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender place the tomato juice, yogurt, frozen lima beans, curry powder and Boku. Blend until smooth and check for seasoning.
