Banana Peanut Delight with Boku

Here’s a favorite of one of our staff members, who happens to be a peanut butter lover. For best results, use an organic, sugar-free peanut butter in this recipe.


Ingredients

1/2 banana 1 cup peanut butter 2-3 cups cold soy milk or rice milk
1 tablespoon Boku Super Food 3 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
