Here’s a favorite of one of our staff members, who happens to be a peanut butter lover. For best results, use an organic, sugar-free peanut butter in this recipe.

Ingredients
| 1/2 banana | 1 cup peanut butter | 2-3 cups cold soy milk or rice milk |
| 1 tablespoon Boku Super Food | 3 tablespoons honey | 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground cinnamon) |
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
