Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

Effective January 1, 2013

BoKU® is dedicated to delivering 100% satisfaction when you shop with us online. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within thirty days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price actually paid. If the product is returned 30 days after the date of receiving your order, BoKU® may, at its discretion, provide a credit or exchange for the returned product.

In order to receives a full refund, credit or exchange you must contact us at 1-877-265-8366 or e-mail us at and request a RMA number before returning any product. Upon request, we will provide you with a RMA number and instructions on how to return your purchase. All refunds, credits and or exchanges are subject to the below terms and conditions.

  • Do not return any items back to us without first obtaining a RMA number.
  • Returns will not be accepted, refunded, credited or exchanged without a RMA number.
  • The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
  • If the returned product conforms to our refund policy, refunds, credits and or exchanges will be given after the product is returned and inspected, minus any applicable restocking fees. All original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To avoid the restocking fee, an exchange for another product or equal or greater value is recommended.
  • Please note, books are not eligible for refund, exchange or credit.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a RMA label via email, print the label and tape it to the outer box.
