Peppermint Bark Hot Coco

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 or 3 scoops Boku Coco Love
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • coconut or regular whipped cream

Directions

  1. Heat almond milk and coconut milk in a small pot. Heat until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in Boku Coco Love powder. Add 1/8 tsp of the peppermint extract and whisk again. Add more to taste if needed. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
