1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop Boku Superfood
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 count ripe banana
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen pineapples
Toppings: banana, kiwi, blackberries, chia seeds, Boku Toasted Coconut Chips
1. In a blender, add the Greek yogurt, Boku Superfood, coconut milk, banana, mango, and pineapple, in that order. Blend on low speed until the mixture is thick and creamy. You may have to tamp it down to help it blend evenly.
2. Transfer to a bowl and let it set in the freezer while you prepare your toppings.
3. To serve, top with bananas, kiwis, blackberries, chia seeds, and a good sprinkling of Boku Toasted Coconut Chips. Enjoy immediately.
