Super Shrooms Flatbread Pizza

Satisfy your cheese pizza craving the superfood way with our Super Shrooms Flatbread Pizza. We added our shroom powder that is made from 20 organic medicinal mushrooms! These Mushrooms have a multitude of healing properties like neutralizing free radicals, lowering cholesterol, liver-protection, anti-inflammatory, managing blood-sugar levels, brain-health, and athletic performance enhancement.

Flat Bread Ingredients:

- 2 Scoops Boku Super Shrooms
- 2 cups organic all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup plain organic yogurt
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Goat Cheese Spread Ingredients:

- 16 oz goat cheese
- 1-3 tbsp of hot water

Various Toppings:

- chopped green onion
- sliced radishes
- sea salt

- grilled lemon slices
- sliced shallots
- cracked black pepper
- arugula

- sliced peaches
- pesto
- balsamic glaze
- arugula

Directions:

1) Whisk baking powder, Boku Super Shrooms, sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl. Add yogurt and stir to combine. Transfer dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead until mostly smooth, about 1 minute. Divide into 4 pieces, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest 15 minutes.

2) Working one at a time, roll out each piece of dough into a round about ⅛" thick. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium. Working one at a time, cook rounds of dough until underside is golden brown and flatbread is beginning to puff, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook until other side is golden brown, about 1 minute longer; transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining oil and rounds of dough.

3) Add goat cheese to a medium sized mixing bowl. Add one tbsp of hot water at a time to the cheese, whipping together with a fork until goat cheese is a smooth, spreadable consistency.

4) Spread goat cheese onto flatbread and top with our various mentioned topping combinations or be creative with your own. Enjoy!
