Day 3: Something else interesting happened today. I realized that I’m not as hungry as usual and that BoKU was replacing my breakfast and lunch. I didn't feel the usual urge to … ahem … snack on not-so-healthy goodies all day. I feel satiated and energized for hours, but also not bloated of over-full like other proteins seemed to do in the past.
Day 4: Today I decided to spice things up, so I woke up a few minutes earlier to whip up a hearty smoothie for my son and I. I used fresh fruit, almond milk, one scoop of Boku Super Food, one scoop of Boku Vanilla Protein and ice, blended it all up, then served. We both loved it, and it really occurred to me that even making a thicker smoothie took not much time at all, and that I could experiment a LOT with these powders <3.
Day 5: I kind of felt like a pro at this point. I’m now measuring out my scoops the night before and placing them in my bag to shake and drink in traffic on my busiest mornings (trust me, I usually come to a dead stop so it’s safe!).
