Berry Good Protein Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are all the rage. Our Berry Good Smoothie bowl is not only delish, but thanks to Boku Super Protein, this tasty treat will provide you with long-lasting energy for the whole day. Plus, adding in our tasty and sweet Super Berries will give your body the anti-oxidant boost it craves!

 

Prep Time: 10 min.

Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients

1 scoop Boku Super Protein

1 scoop Boku Super Berries

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup coconut water

2 tbsp frozen acai berry pulp, or as desired

Directions

1Blend strawberries, pineapple, yogurt, coconut water, and acai pulp in a blender until smooth; pour into bowl.

2Top smoothie with Boku Toasted Coconut Chips, and your favorite fresh/dried fruit.
