BōKU GoTo Kale Smoothie

The BōKU GoTo smoothie is a “green” variation of the traditional pina colada. With BōKU Super Food powder as the star of the show, this smoothie boasts super greens (land, aquatic and grasses), super fruits, functional mushrooms, super sprouts, vitamins, antioxidants and enzymes. Not to mention the calcium, fiber and manganese kale brings to the table. Mango plays a large role here too with vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and digestive- enzymes. Last but certainly not least, there is the cashew: this “low fat,” protein dense, mineral rich nut gives the smoothie a smooth, creamy finish.

  • Prep: 5 mins


1 tbsp BõKU® Super Food

1/2 cup Mango

1 Banana

1 tbsp Cashews

1 tbsp Coconut Oil

2 Leaves Dino Kale

2 Dates, pitted

1 tbsp Coco Flakes

1/2 cup Pineapple Juice

1/2 cup Coconut Milk


1Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.

2Blend until smooth and creamy.
