Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp BõKU Super Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Ice
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (*optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
