This is the ultimate green smoothie. The BōKU Super Food powder blend in addition to a variety of vitamin, mineral and nutrient rich fresh vegetables in this smoothie boasts super greens (land, aquatic, and grasses), super fruits, functional mushrooms, super sprouts, vitamins, anti- oxidants and enzymes. Feel happy knowing you are feeding your body the healthy fats and Omega-3 it craves with chia seeds and avocado, as well as vitamin A, B, C, E and K, copper, iron, phosphorous, magnesium, and potassium!

Ingredients

1 tbsp BõKU Super Food

1 Banana

1 Kale Leaf

8 Spinach Leaves

1 Celery Stalk

1/2 Small Avocado

1 tsp Chia Seeds

2 tbsp Raisins

2 tbsp Cashews

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1/2 cup Rice Milk

Directions

1Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.

2Blend until smooth (30 seconds).

For a low calorie option, do not include Cashews.
