Overnight Oats Parfait

Our unique spin on overnight oats includes fresh seasonal fruit and an extra boost for your morning with Boku Super Protein. Everyone loves a good parfait, why not also give your body the protein it needs for the day?


Prep time: 5 min.

Yields: 2 servings


1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop Boku Super Protein

1/2 cup (heaping) rolled oats

2/3 cup unsweetened milk of choice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

fresh seasonal fruit of choice


1Whisk together all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Spoon into container with a tight-fitting lid.

2Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.

3Spoon a layer of overnight oats into the bottom of two mason jars. Add a layer of fresh fruit. Repeat layers until you reach top.
