Just a few ingredients are all you need to make this rich vegan Peppermint Bark Hot Chocolate. It’s a nice, sweet warm up on a chilly night or a festive treat during the holidays! The star ingredient is our Boku Coco Love powder, containing 20 medicinal mushrooms and organic cacao.

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 2 or 3 scoops Boku Coco Love
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- coconut or regular whipped cream
Directions
- Heat almond milk and coconut milk in a small pot. Heat until steaming but not boiling.
- Whisk in Boku Coco Love powder. Add 1/8 tsp of the peppermint extract and whisk again. Add more to taste if needed. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
