Pina Colada Smoothie Bowls

You don’t need to be on a beach vacation to enjoy the wonderful taste of this tropical classic. This light and refreshing version of a Pina Colada is a sweet tango of real pineapple and coconut. Not to mention, it packs enough protein to tide you over until your next meal.

Ingredients

1 cup Coconut Milk
1 scoop BõKU® Super Protein
1 handful Kale or Spinach
1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks

Directions

Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a hollowed-out pineapple bottom and garnish with fresh pineapple, cherries, or BõKU Toasted Coconut Chips.
