- 2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
- 3 scoop Boku Superfood
- 1/2 cup Parmesan-Reggiano cheese
- 1/2 cup organic extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 3 count garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Add basil leaves and pine nuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse several times.
- Add the Boku Superfood, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, pulse several times more. Scrape down the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula if needed.
- While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream. Adding the olive oil this way, while the processor is running, will help it emulsify and help keep the olive oil from separating. Stir in salt and black pepper to taste.
