Besides having Super Food with pure water, this was one of the very first ways we shared BõKU with the world. The mango nectar is naturally very flavorful and is a great medium to blend phytonutrient dense Super Food with. Even the pickiest of palates won’t raise an eyebrow to this delicious nectar blend. Note: Mango nectar is a very sweet beverage. For a lighter taste, try trading out 3-5 ounces of mango nectar with pure water.
Ingredients
1 scoop (1 tablespoon) BõKU Super Food
10 oz. Mango Nectar (or mango juice)
2-3 count Ice cubes
Directions
1. Pour mango nectar or juice into your BõKU shaker until it reaches the 10oz line. Add in one scoop of BõKU Essentials Super Food and shake until fully combined.
