2 tbsp Boku Chocolate Super Protein powder
2 tbsp Boku Super Fuel powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk
½ cup vegan unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
3 cup quick oats
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook sugar, cocoa powder, almond milk, and vegan butter. Bring to a boil, and boil for one full minute.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter, Boku Super Protein, Boku Super Fuel, and oats. Stir until combined
- Let mixture cool until you can shape the batter but not until it’s hard. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. We shaped ours into cute hearts. Refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy! Store in refrigerator.
