Chocolate Oat Energy Cookies


2 tbsp Boku Chocolate Super Protein powder
2 tbsp Boku Super Fuel powder
3/4 cup coconut sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup almond milk
½ cup vegan unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice
3 cup quick oats


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook sugar, cocoa powder, almond milk, and vegan butter. Bring to a boil, and boil for one full minute.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, peanut butter, Boku Super Protein, Boku Super Fuel, and oats. Stir until combined
  3. Let mixture cool until you can shape the batter but not until it’s hard. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. We shaped ours into cute hearts. Refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy! Store in refrigerator.
