- 3 cups Tomato Juice
- 2 cups Plain Almond or Soy Yogurt
- 10 oz. packaged Frozen Lima Beans
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/4 cup BõKU Super Food
- In the container of a Vita-Mix or other high-speed blender place the tomato juice, yogurt, frozen lima beans, curry powder and Boku. Blend until smooth and check for seasoning.
