to garnish: fresh chopped strawberries, coconut flakes, and any other fresh fruit you like
Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and Boku Super Berries to a blender. Blend for about 45 seconds until well combined
Pour contents of the blender into an airtight container with a sealable lid. Whisk in Chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
When ready to serve, whisk the Boku Super Protein with coconut yogurt until smooth.
In a small cup, press thin strawberry slices against the side of a dry glass. Using a spoon, layer the chia seed pudding and coconut yogurt . Top with coconut flakes, chopped strawberries, and other fruits if desired. Enjoy!
