The Carrot Cake smoothie with a flavor profile that mimics the popular cake is a delicious and highly nutritious alternative to the dessert. The whole, sprouted brown rice in the BōKU Super Protein Powder gives the smoothie a rich consistency and a serious quantity of highly absorbable, super nutritious, organic protein, not to mention a full spectrum of amino acids. Carrot juice provides beta-carotene which gives the body vitamins A, B and E in addition to many minerals. You won’t find all that nutritive power in a baked carrot cake!

Ingredients

3 tbsp BõKU Super Protein
1 Banana
2 Dates
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Ice
1/2 tsp Ginger (*optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
Blend until smooth (30 seconds)

For a low calorie option, use only 1 tbsp Walnuts and 1 scoop BõKU® Super Protein and add 1/2 cup Carrot Juice.
