- 3 tbsp BõKU Super Protein
- 1 Banana
- 2 Dates
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- Ice
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (*optional)
- Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
- Blend until smooth (30 seconds)
- For a low calorie option, use only 1 tbsp Walnuts and 1 scoop BõKU® Super Protein and add 1/2 cup Carrot Juice
