Carrot Cake Smoothie

Carrot Cake Smoothie
  • 3 tbsp BõKU Super Protein
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Ice
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (*optional)
  1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth (30 seconds)
  3. For a low calorie option, use only 1 tbsp Walnuts and 1 scoop BõKU® Super Protein and add 1/2 cup Carrot Juice
