- 2 count gluten free slices of bread, toasted
- 1/2 scoop Boku Super Protein
- 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 count small cucumber, sliced
- 2 radishes, sliced
- 1 tbsp chives
- 1 small handful of arugula
- 1 dash sea salt
- In a small bowl combine Boku Super Protein with Greek yogurt. Spread toast with yogurt mixture, sprinkle with sea salt.
- Top toast with cucumber, radish, chives, and arugula.
