Super Spa Toast

  • 2 count gluten free slices of bread, toasted
  • 1/2 scoop Boku Super Protein
  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 count small cucumber, sliced
  • 2 radishes, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 small handful of arugula
  • 1 dash sea salt
  1. In a small bowl combine Boku Super Protein with Greek yogurt. Spread toast with yogurt mixture, sprinkle with sea salt.
  2. Top toast with cucumber, radish, chives, and arugula.
