
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 6-8 frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp teaspoon Boku Super Berries powder
- 1 tbsp Boku Super Protein Vanilla powder
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups non-dairy yogurt (preferably coconut yogurt)
- to garnish: fresh chopped strawberries and coconut flakes
- Add frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and Boku Super Berries to a blender. Blend for about 45 seconds until well combined.
- Pour contents of the blender into an airtight container with a sealable lid. Whisk in chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 2-3 hours.
- When ready to serve, whisk the Boku Super Protein with coconut yogurt until smooth.
- In a small cup, press thin strawberry slices against the side of a dry glass. Using a spoon, layer the chia seed pudding and coconut yogurt. Top with coconut flakes and chopped strawberries if desired. Enjoy!
