- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Fruit (Strawberries, Grapes, Nectarines or Apples)
- 3 Leaves of anything green & leafy (Spinach, Swiss Chard or Amaranth)
- 1 tbsp BõKU Super Food
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- Blend all ingredients listed in a high powered blender until smooth.
- To adjust consistency, blend in ice for a thicker smoothie or more almond milk for a thinner one.
