Fruity Veggie Smoothie
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Fruit (Strawberries, Grapes, Nectarines or Apples)
  • 3 Leaves of anything green & leafy (Spinach, Swiss Chard or Amaranth)
  • 1 tbsp BõKU Super Food
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  1. Blend all ingredients listed in a high powered blender until smooth.
  2. To adjust consistency, blend in ice for a thicker smoothie or more almond milk for a thinner one.
